Teamline supports Single Sign-On (SSO) via Okta using SAML 2.0.
This setup allows your team to securely authenticate using Okta and automatically manage users through SCIM provisioning.
At the moment, Okta is the only supported SSO provider.
Supported features
The Teamline–Okta integration supports:
IdP-initiated SSO
SP-initiated SSO
Just-In-Time (JIT) user provisioning
SCIM-based user provisioning and deactivation
Part 1: Create a SAML application in Okta
Step 1: Sign in to your Okta Admin Console.
Step 2: Go to Applications → click Create App Integration.
Step 3: Choose SAML 2.0 and click Next.
Step 4:
Step 5: Configure SAML Settings and Attribute Statements exactly as shown in the setup instructions.

Step 6: Click Finish to create the application.
Part 2: Enable SCIM provisioning in Okta
Step 7: Open the newly created app in Okta.
Step 8: Go to Provisioning → click Edit.
Step 9: Enable SCIM provisioning and click Save.
Step 10:
Go to the Sign On tab and click View Setup Instructions.
From this page, copy and save:
Provider Single Sign-On URL
Identity Provider Issuer
X.509 Certificate
You will need these values in Teamline.
Part 3: Configure SSO in Teamline
Step 11: Sign in to your Teamline admin account:

Step 12: Open Settings → SSO & Provisioning.
Step 13: Enter the following:
Company name
Provider Single Sign-On URL
Identity Provider Issuer
X.509 Certificate
Step 14: Click Update credentials.
Part 4: Configure SCIM provisioning
Step 15: Generate your SCIM Token in Teamline.
Step 16: Go back to your Okta app → Provisioning → Integration.
Step 17: Configure SCIM connection:
SCIM base URL:
https://app-api.teamline.ai/scim/v2/oktaAuthentication mode: Bearer Token
Paste your SCIM Token
Click Test Connector Configuration, then Save.
Step 18:
Go to To App tab → click Edit and enable:
Create Users
Update User Attributes
Deactivate Users
Click Save.
How users sign in
SP-initiated SSO
Go to https://app.teamline.ai
Click Sign in with Okta
Enter the company name configured earlier
IdP-initiated SSO
Users can also sign in directly from the Okta dashboard.
Backup login option
If you are an administrator and SSO is unavailable, you can still log in using:
Email + password
Google / Microsoft authentication
(as long as the email matches your Teamline account)
