In addition to scheduled runs, Teamline allows you to start a report manually at any time.
This is useful when you need an update immediately, outside of the regular schedule.
Step 1: Open report settings
Go to the Automation dashboard in Teamline.
Find the report you want to run, open its settings menu, and select Run report now.
Step 2: Report is sent immediately
After clicking Run report now:
The report is sent right away
All selected respondents receive it immediately
The report runs as a normal report instance
What happens to results and history
Results from this run are collected normally
The report instance is saved in History
You can review or export these results like any other report
Important: Schedule is not affected
Running a report manually does not change or override its schedule.
Example:
A report is scheduled daily at 10:00 AM
You manually run it at 8:00 AM using Run report now
Result:
The manual report runs at 8:00 AM
The scheduled report still runs at 10:00 AM as usual
