How to disable the Quick Response feature

Learn how to disable the Quick Response feature in Teamline or customize predefined response options for your reports

Quick Response allows respondents to answer report questions using predefined reply options instead of typing a full response.


If you prefer fully manual or custom answers, this feature can be disabled at the account level.


Step 1: Open account settings

Log in to your Teamline account.

In the top-right corner, click your profile icon to open the dropdown menu, then select Settings.

Step 2: Go to Reports settings

Inside Settings, open the Reports section and scroll down to the Quick Response options.


Step 3: Disable Quick Response

Uncheck the “Enable Quick Response option” checkbox.

Once disabled, predefined quick replies will no longer appear in reports.


Optional: Customize Quick Response options

If you prefer to keep Quick Response enabled, you can also:

  • Remove existing response options

  • Add your own custom response options (⚠️ Don’t forget to press Enter after adding a new Quick Response option)

This allows you to tailor quick replies to your team’s workflow instead of disabling the feature entirely.
