Step 1: Open your Teamline account and select the Classic Standup Report template.

Step 2: Go to the Scheduling section of the report settings.

In the Time zone field, User’s local time zone will be selected automatically.

This means:

  • Each participant receives the report based on their own time zone

  • Delivery happens asynchronously across regions

Step 3: Open the Respondents section in the top bar of the report settings.

Add the team members who should participate in the standup or report.

⚠️ Important note: if someone on your team hasn’t set a time zone in Microsoft Teams, Teamline will notify you.

Step 4: Finalize the report.

Customize:

  • Report questions

  • Results delivery preferences

When everything is ready, click Run and Done.

The report will now run using each participant’s local time zone in Microsoft Teams.
