Teamline, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”, “our”, or “us”), operates the Teamline website https://www.teamline.ai (the “Website”) and provides the Teamline applications for Slack and Microsoft Teams, as well as other related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and governs how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

Team Information

When Teamline is installed in Slack or Microsoft Teams, we may receive:

  • Team avatar

  • Email domain list

  • Channel names, topics, and purposes

This information is provided via the platform APIs.

User Information

If you are a member of a team using Teamline, we may receive:

  • Username

  • First and last name

  • Avatar

  • Time zone

  • Email address

This information is used to operate Teamline features and deliver reports within your team.

We also collect similar information when you create a Teamline account using:

  • Slack sign-in

  • Microsoft Teams sign-in

  • Google sign-in

  • Email registration


B. Messages Sent to Teamline

We store messages that are directly sent to or explicitly addressed to the Teamline bot, including:

  • Direct messages

  • Responses during bot dialogs

  • @mentions in channels

We do not store messages that are unrelated to Teamline.


C. Information You Provide Directly

Account and Profile Information

We collect information when you:

  • Create or modify your profile

  • Adjust preferences

  • Configure settings

  • Make purchases

This may include contact details and billing-related metadata.

Website Content

We collect content you submit through our websites, such as:

To process payments, Teamline requests:

  • Cardholder name

Teamline does not store or manage payment card data.
All payment information is processed and stored by Stripe, our third-party payment provider. Teamline interacts with Stripe only via secure API tokens.

We collect information about how you use the Services, including:

  • Interactions with reports

  • Uploaded attachments

  • Search activity

  • Collaboration patterns

Device and Connection Data

We store data using secure cloud providers located in the United States and apply industry-standard security measures.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system can guarantee absolute security.
